WHO CAN ENTER: Enter the internalauditorjobs.ca “Register or Refresh to Win” contest (the “Contest”) by registering as a new job seeker, by simply refreshing your existing registration or setting up a Fast Job Alert, and be eligible to win an Apple iPad Mini 32GB Wi-Fi (a $429 retail value).
CONTEST PROMOTER: This Contest is being promoted by the IIA Toronto Chapter.
CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest starts on April 30, 2013 and closes on July 31, 2013 at 11:59 PM EST.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit the Candidates section of the internalauditorjobs.ca website (the “Careers Site”) at http://www.internalauditorjobs.ca and either (i) register for a Fast Job Alert, or (ii) register as a job seeker, or (iii) if you are already registered as a job seeker, then simply login with your existing username and password, which will have the effect of automatically refreshing your registration and will allow you to update your user profile if required. You will then automatically be entered in the Contest.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. Registering as a job seeker with the Careers Site is free.
LIMIT: Participation in the Contest is limited to one (1) entry per person. Entrants seeking to register as a new job seeker more than once during the Contest Period may be disqualified.
This contest is open only to individual legal residents of Canada, who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence.
The deadline for entering the draw is July 31st, 2013, 11:59 (EST) p.m. The draw will take place on August 1st, 2013 at 12:00 (EST) pm. The selected entrant will be randomly drawn from all entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. All draws will take place at the offices of internalauditorjobs.ca (Niche Network).
The first name randomly drawn will be declared winner of the Apple iPad Mini 32GB Wi-Fi.
PRIZE: Only one prize will be awarded.
No substitutions of prizes are permitted. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Only one prize will be awarded.
Following the draw, an e-mail message will be sent to the entrant selected at the e-mail address specified in that person’s registration. They will need to contact the IIA Toronto Chapter at firstname.lastname@example.org to redeem their prize.
GENERAL: Neither the IIA Toronto Chapter or Niche Network are responsible for any costs associated with claiming any prize. The winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all taxes, if any, that may result in claiming a prize in this Contest.

The IIA Toronto Chapter reserves the right at any time to withdraw this Contest or to modify, amend, or supplement these rules, in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
By participating in this Contest, the winners consent to the use by the IIA Toronto Chapter of their name, hometown, age, and photograph for any lawful purpose, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. The winners agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules.
